HOFFRICHTER LAVI is used for intermittent, pressure-controlled, and pressure-supported ventilation.
It is intended for both invasive and non-invasive respiratory ventilation.
The device is suitable for children and adults with a tidal volume of 100 ml or more and can be used in a clinical as well as a home environment.
In non-invasive ventilation, it is possible to use a standard vented mask or a clinical (non-vented) mask combined with an exhalation valve.
The HOFFRICHTER LAVI 45 can be used on adults with the integrated HFT mode, which is a gentle high-flow therapy capable of a flow of 20 to 60 l/min and an oxygen feed of up to 15 l/min oxygen.
In combination with an external respiratory gas humidifier, it supports a better clearance volume ventilation and secretolysis thus allowing optimal oxygenation of the patient to be possible.

The design of the HOFFRICHTER LAVI is not only elegant but also extremely compact with a weight of only 2.2 kg. The optionally available functional bag enables problem-free attachment to a wheelchair and protects the device from the effects of weather and vibrations during operation.
Real-Time Monitoring in Hoffrichter Lavi
The most relevant measured values are displayed at each menu level. The monitoring screen can also be used to individually select which measured values are displayed at which position.
Simple and Intelligent Handling
HOFFRICHTER LAVI is characterized by simple and intelligent handling. The desired function can be called up effortlessly, due to the flat menu structure. You can navigate within the menus using the multifunction button and the three soft keys. The menu structure is identical to that of the HOFFRICHTER CARAT Pro and HOFFRICHTER TREND III which minimizes training for users who are already familiar with HOFFRICHTER devices.

In addition to the well-established ventilation types PCV / APCV / PSV / PSV-S / P-SIMV and CPAP, the HOFFRICHTER LAVI has an integrated HFT mode for high-flow therapy with a flow of 20 to 60 l/min and an oxygen feed of up to 15 l/min of oxygen is possible.
